Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Daly City crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Daly City address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Too many Daly City, CA families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Daly City operation differently. Every technician on our Daly City roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Daly City isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Daly City, CA licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Daly City, CA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Daly City property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am β the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Daly City call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Daly City started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse β call our Daly City line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Daly City crews scale the response to match the loss β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Daly City rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Daly City homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Daly City properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Daly City get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
Every Daly City job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Daly City estimate is written and explained before work begins β no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
