A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Daly City address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Daly City branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Daly City, CA property owners β the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Daly City roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Damage Repair in Daly City isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Daly City, CA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Daly City, CA so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Daly City property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am β the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Daly City call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest Daly City jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse β call our Daly City line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Daly City crews scale the response to match the loss β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Daly City units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Daly City homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Daly City accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination β our Daly City crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Daly City crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.

Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Every Daly City job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Daly City work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over β we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
